That man is Luigi, the charming owner of Hotel Patrizia in Florence. He is an enthusiastic character, always looking for an opportunity to help you practice your Italian. One of the professors in our study abroad group was last here in 2007, and she was more than surprised when Luigi remembered her first, and last, name.I told him he had a beautiful hotel, and with a smile he responded, "Grazie, I have beautiful young guests!"
